I understand why you’re looking for the quietest food processor – no one likes noisy appliances. They make cooking more stressful and they can be annoying too.

I’ve used a number of these products over the years and I can confidently recommend the Cuisinart 14-cup model (model name is DFP-14BCNY) as one of the quietest ones you can buy.

So if you’re shopping for the least noisy processor, this one should definitely be among the products you consider.

Review of the Quietest Model on the Market

This Cuisinart 14-cup model looks great and I’ve no doubt it will look good in any kitchen. You have as many as 6 color options to choose from while ordering. They all look great, but I prefer the white colored one, but that’s a personal thing.

You might prefer a different color, but the white one really stands out. The second best color for me is the silver.

There are also combo purchase options available. You can either choose to buy just the appliance, or buy it with an accessory. The accessories are salad spinner, disc holder, and Baker’s half sheet.

This means you can buy it and the baker’s sheet together, or buy it with the salad spinner, or buy it with the disc holder. You can’t buy all three accessories together with it.

At the time of writing this, these purchase options are not available, but they might be in the future. If you’re really interested in these accessories, Amazon has all of them in stock from different sellers.

This Cuisinart kitchen appliance comes with a standard slicing disc, a mixing and chopping blade, and a medium shredding disc. These are all made of stainless steel. It also has an electrical cord that is 36-inches long.

This is a large capacity variant, so it’s perfect for families and for preparing large amounts of food for any occasion. It has a power rating of 720 Watts and its work bowl can hold up to 14 cups of food.

Its extra-large feed tube can even hold complete fruits and veggies, so you won’t need to do as much pre-cutting as you would need to do with smaller processors. This is one advantage of a large model like this one that you’ll be happy to enjoy even if you have no need for a large one.

Using this model is easy. There are two buttons on it – the ON button, and the OFF/PULSE button. With a single touch, you can turn it on and turn it off. Using a kitchen appliance doesn’t get any easier than this.

Another feature of this product you’ll like is its detachable disc stem. This means you can remove it and change discs whenever you want. Your appliance will also take up less space when you need to store it thanks to its detachable disc stem.
